Is the entire villa, pool and garden for our exclusive use?

Yes. When you book, you have exclusive use of the entire property.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 17:00. Check-out must be made before 11:00.

If you want to arrive or leave outside of this time, you must consult the owner in advance.

We know that sometimes flights don’t fit the villa schedule. So we try to be flexible and offer these options whenever possible. However, this will depend on the availability of the villa and the arrival and departure time of the other guests.

Please note that this is a large villa and it takes a long time to clean it properly.

Therefore, the check-in time is at 17:00 and the check-out time is at 11:00.

We will do our best to accommodate you, but it will depend largely on how the previous family left the villa.

In the worst case, you can go to the villa, leave your luggage on the porch, pick up the keys and go to the beach to eat, where all the restaurants are.

As for the check-out, same: you can leave your bags on the porch and pick them up again before the next tenants arrive.

Do you offer sheets and towels?

  • We provide sheets, bedspreads and duvets.
  • Regarding the towels, we offer those of the bathroom, not those of swimming pool or beach.

Is the pool heated?

The pool is not heated, but we are in Malaga and the temperature throughout the year is very pleasant. We have bathed every month of the year, even on the beach, which is only a few minutes walk away. There’s nothing like a refreshing dip after playing in the garden.

What services does the villa include?

The villa includes wifi, air conditioning, heating, television, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, sheets, bath towels (not beach or pool), etc. See tableware section.

There is also a private pool, barbecue, garden and parking.

What is the maximum capacity of the villa?

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms. An additional guest is allowed if it is a baby.

No additional guests or pets allowed.

Can you provide a cot and high chair for a baby?

Yes. Also, there is no additional cost.

How far is the airport and city centre villa?

In both cases, just 20 minutes.

Do you offer transport services?

We offer you the contact of a reliable official taxi, 8 seats + driver, who can take you from the airport to the villa and vice versa. You can save money and time. It will provide a professional and safe service.

With him we have special advantageous agreements for our clients, not only to/from the airport, but also to/from Malaga center and excursions to other localities like Marbella, Gibraltar, Nerja, Frigiliana, etc.

How do you book and pay?

The reservation can be made through our website, filling in the form with personal data and desired dates. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, an email will be sent with instructions to access it as well as information about the area (possible excursions; restaurants; activities; etc.).

What rules do you need to follow during your stay?

Guests are asked to take care of the villa as if it were their own home, maintain order and cleanliness, not make excessive noise, respect for neighbors, do not have parties and do not smoke inside the villa.

We are very sustainable, so please do not throw things in the toilet, turn off lights and appliances when not in use, close doors and windows when using air conditioning, and connect the alarm when leaving.

I saw that there is a basketball basket Is there also a ball?

Yes. So you don’t have to worry about bringing one.

What to do if there is a problem or issue?

If there is any problem or incident during the stay, you can contact the owner by phone or WhatsApp, which will be provided when making the reservation. He will take care to resolve it as soon as possible or send someone to do so.
